Louis Darrouzet is a Father, Leader, Businessman, Engineer, Operator, and Entrepreneur.
He is the Founder and CEO of the Metroplex Civic & Business Association (MCBA), an organization created to ensure the continued success of the Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex. He has founded and run multiple other organizations including Skillective, Umbrella Sports Inc., and Rucola Ventures LLC.
Louis is originally from Dallas, Texas. There, he attended Jesuit and received the “Man for Others’ award in 2001. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology as well as his Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. The beginning of his career was spent as an engineer and in operations management for Formosa Plastics, Bridgestone Firestone, Valspar, and General Chemical.
Prior to his current role with the MCBA, Louis had developed and managed a $265+ million contract sales portfolio for Keurig Dr. Pepper. In 2015 Louis was appointed to the South Dallas/Fair Park Trust Fund Board by Jennifer Staubach Gates and served the City of Dallas until 2017 as the Chair of the Loan Subcommittee.
His broad background and work experience provides perspectives on the challenges many industries and communities face across DFW.

I am so blessed to call DFW my home. I will never live anyplace else. I can tell you that the secret is out because each year we're adding an extra 100 or 200, 300,000 people. Those in Florida are realizing that there's a great quality of life here. But when you add that many people, you also have to make sure they get plugged into local nonprofits in the community. To make a change on that front is Louis Darrouzet, He's with the Metroplex Civic & Business Association, also known as NCBA.
