After teaching tumbling, stunting and cheerleading as a hobby and side hustle for over 20 years, I realized there had to be a better way to book private lessons and public lessons.

While I was at Georgia Tech, I would often teach as many private lessons as possible to help pay for my out of state tuition and living expenses. The challenge was how to effectively schedule and communicate with 30-40 students and/or parents, and juggle all the times on my calendar. How would I get paid consistently without those awkward, “I forgot my cash. I’ll get you next time!” conversations. That’s when the idea for Skillective was born.

Skillective is a platform where influencers and instructors can effortlessly offer their available lessons, clinics, and events and get booked. We allow instructors to offer in-person lessons, virtual live lessons, and pre-recorded tutorials and trainings. Skillective makes it easier than ever to find someone skilled in their craft and learn from the influencers they love. 

We currently have 220 instructors who boast a combined social media following of over 75M followers. These individuals spark passion and inspire people to learn new things and grow their skill sets. On Skillective, instructors set their own pricing and they keep all the proceeds. Students are notified when their favorite instructors open up new lesson times, are coming to their city, or when they add new training and tutorials.
